Words From My Proverbial Soap Box (Eh..Hhm...Is this mic on...??)

As I was taking my kids to school this morning, I was thinking about all the things I wanted to write about and share with you this morning.  I wanted to write so eloquently about my struggles through life and how I overcame them or how I see a little bit of light being shined on my problem....etc...etc.  However when I sat down at my computer, the desire had left me to go into to all of that murkiness to explain how you can come out on the other side.


All I want to say is....THERE IS HOPE!  THERE IS LIGHT AND LOVE!  
I know where it is.  It's not easy, but it's not hard either. Ha!!! It is a daily struggle for me.  It is a daily gift and joy for me.


Overcome your ego.  
Your pride and arrogance are the weights that hold you down.  
They are my weights, my struggles, my crap too! But it is nice to say that I can smile at my journey. Rough or smooth. 
Past or future.  It all pleases me now. 
I LOVE LIFE!


However, nothing changes over night.  It doesn't change in a year.  This journey is your purpose.  This journey is your life. It's my life.  


So....educate yourself with the things that come to your mind the most.  
If you think of your family the most, then go out and read about family and other's experiences about how they handled their relationships.
If you think of spirituality the most, go out and research the topic and fill your mind with the goodness of all spirituality. 
If you think about something and it pleases you and brings a pure smile to your face and is worthy to share with others.....educated yourself. 
Be knowing. 
Be aware.  
Be open.
Just Be.

These are the things that have brought me clarity.  
These are the things that make life worth living.
Educate yourself and find yours.  It is different for everyone.
Search for yours.  It is the search that is hard.  The hardest part is getting up off your ass and doing it. I promise you, though, once you start, you won't want to quit.  Not only that, your might find it impossible because the journey will pull you. Your purpose will know that you are coming and will pull you.
God will lead you....you might not even know it is God. 
If it is something you want to know, but have fear of what you might find out....all the more reason to find it!!!
So...educate yourself with the things that interest you the most.  
What do you think about the most?  
What pleases you and brings a smile to your face?  
What do you want to share with pure love and intent with others?
Just do it already.  
Turn off the news and find your own answers. 
Stop the blame game and wake up. 
Don't follow, lead. 
But first educate yourself in all things that are good, true, and noble.


And most of all, don't forget about LOVE.
